I also received a 1502 World Map series feather fountain pen this week!! After some research and ending up here, looking for information on what to do next. I did place an ordering Dec 2022 for garden fairies and even being skeptical thought I'd take a leap of faith. At this point I wondered about the order and viola, received a pen?!?! Credit card was charged and after reading other reviews, I did peel back the label and found the original tracking #.Just wondering where i need to make a complaint? Post office? Credit card? BBB?

I have a feeling that it is the same as what happened to me...instead of garden fairies (which I too saw that ad and had considered ordering), I went for the leather handbags (supposedly on closeout)... I cannot say for sure, but I think that this is the scam - you order - they take your money - and then they send you some small, cheap item that you never ordered to try to make it look as if you are in receipt of item(s)... I think we should all report it to the US Postal Service!! Sorry it happened to you too!
