Ordered 2 pairs of shoes over 2 months ago never got them then they said they would refund my money but never did, now they won’t answer emails or anything

Same here with the same people through Facebook marketplace but it wasn’t shoes it was small furniture items. Facebook does vetting for everything except scam sellers.
