Scam Alert, Saw ad on Facebook . Obviously not legit

I ordered 3 canes from a Facebook ad and received one and I tried looking up the senders address said scam . And I'd not the company I ordered from . The shipping label says Monica 3647 S Wolcott Ave, Chicago , IL 60609.
I will be in touch with Pay pal because that's what I used to order .I just didn't know the sites posted on Facebook were majority scams . I surely will never order anything I see on there ever again .I need to look up the information no know the air / con I ordered was from libiyi.com. and the reading glasses were from Mate215.o don't remember the bug MD site
