I ordered for a medium size hermes bags, 3 in number but they sent me 3 small bags. I want to return them but their website is no more opening and the email address they used to send me messages is not a working email. Please what do I do?

Ordered from a place on Facebook called Vooisly that sells full length jewelry stands, they light up, turn,& have storage. It said it was coming from California.
