Scam Alert, Risetor

I purchased several items thought to of been from Bath & Body works A total amount of $49. I made this purchase the 2nd week of December 2023. The amount was taken from my account & I never received the items. I have received several emails of to be patient that it takes time to refund money back to my card. I have saved all emails from Risetor. It is now March 7,2024 & I still have not gotten my refund back & now they won't email me back to give me an update.
