Carson 2101 W Lake St - Addison IL forged QVC form heading & format. Offered "sale price" on Dooney & Bourke (often referred to as D&B). Because I am a QVC customer I called to validate the outlet stores. The network show wasn't sure about the offer and gave me a phone # for the outlet store. I called number but never got a person. Stepping out on faith I placed order. Within 3 minutes I got a text from my banks fraud department for authorization of a transaction payable to PHP*buyingpod Hong Kong. Before I could stop the transaction PHP had pulled money from my account as a debit transaction (not charge). My bank blocked them. Flagged as fraud. The next day they ran transaction with different name. Preventing the flag from working. I called the bank and they suggested I change my cards and they filed a fraud refund claim. Yesterday I received two plastic pocketbooks in the mail. Worse knockoffs I've ever witnessed. They didn't even bother to try an do color matches! No paperwork with option to return but I will try to find a way to return the fake plastic bags. I try to avoid these foreign countries vendors. Their products are always fake, bad fitting and inferior! But they are the ULTIMATE SCAMMERS. The bank will get my money back.PHP*buyingpod Hong Kong a.k.a Carson a.k.a
