We ordered the same item. Instead they sent a little fanny pack. They claim the item I ordered has been delivered. They have a full online store which people order all kinds of items, but get sent a small insignificant item. Total scam.

Same here. Got a foam traveling cup.no dog bath. Never again!!!! But billed my card almost 40 bucks. shame on me.scam scam
I ordered the same thing, pet tub. I have been waiting and waiting. I guess the no-good knee brace I received the other day from out of the blue is my insignificant item? A month of wasted time, and what is up with the fake tracking information? How do we get rid of these scammers???? Imagine if they are scamming everyone of $40-$50!!!
The same thing happened to me. Ordered a dog bath and got a retractable grocery bag for almost 30 dollars
