Ordered swimwear that looked great on website and totally stunk in terms of quality. Have requested a return label 3 times, per the instructions on their website, and have received no response. Since they only allow 15 days for returns, non-response is a great strategy for justifying no refunds. Very pissed.

Same happened to me with the swimsuits. Looked great on the website but poor quality when received. I followed directions on their website to return them and they wanted me to keep them and offered me a 20% refund. I said no, and to provide return address. They then offered 30% refund and recommended I donate the swimsuits to charity. I said no, I want a full refund and asked for the return address again and now they are not responding at all.
