I placed an order for jigsaw puzzles on Nov. 11, 2023 along with a jigsaw table. When I called to check on it I was told it had been delivered and I told them it was not. They checked with the courier and it went from delivered to missing. I asked for a refund and they said they would request it in 2 days but it could take up to 14 days to receive it. It is now Jan. 7 2024 two months later and no refund.
