I ordered at toptvs store 3 Christmas decor and I received this pen that I dong really know in first place it was a pen if I did not Google it that this was a pen. They take it out from my CC 60$ Can I did report to my CC company. I don't know how to return this to sender. I try to message in the top tvs no reply. It's my fault that I trusted what I seen in Facebook. So it was a scammer.
