I also received the ring I would never have ordered. Sent tracking number to USPS who called and said it was shipped from California. I have ordered things from Facebook so is this in leiu of that order? It was supposedly a Nordstrom's site. And what do we do about it?

The company finally messaged me and said planters were lost in shippment and asked if I wanted refund or to have them ship again---I opted to have planters---next day message said the replacement was lost in shipment---hope for refund ---this company is scamming people big time and need to be shut down or looked into--I tried everything.
