PPP*coinshare shop Hong Kong False advertising, thievery, and never delivering what they received payment to deliver with no consequences or accountability.On 5/3/2023, I placed an order through Facebook advertising with a company calling themselves Marshall Online. I purchased various clothing ensembles along with a winter king size blanket. I paid an additional $2.00 for Shipping Insurance on date of order (joke), then waited. Checking incessantly every other day for updates with the Trac**** address responsible for sending updates to customers' email addresses. I began to worry when last week I checked the status of the order and the package description said the contents were Covid Tests...? Yesterday I checked once again and the update which wasn't sent to my email address stated the delivery arrived to me 6/7/2023. It did not arrive. I've emailed the company twice since yesterday for a solution and inquiry to the shipping insurance I paid to inquire where my items were left? I guess I'm simply out of my money and nothing to show for what I purchased. I do have a print-out of the confirmation of the items I ordered on 5/3/2023, along with a detailed cost, and the shipping insurance...what a joke. Let me clarify, I don't find this funny what-so-ever. Facebook should be ashamed for posting this thievery on their pages. Angry in Virginia, Lisa Perry P.S. Me too! Bealls a local Florida store. Always great bargains and good quality. Turned out to be fake, got tons of tracking info even saying delivered. Not, never happened. Received an email stating I’m getting a refund… ha ha, shame on me. If it looks too good… 🤦♀️ But I did receive a ring that I never ordered from Paulette Douglas in CA.
I just went through this right now. Trying to track my package, and it's saying that it's in Japan!

yes went through the same thing they even resent. My package still have not received it it says it was delivered and now they’re telling me they can give me 60% of my money backbut yeah we’ll see if that happens luckily, I only spent a total of like $35 but I could’ve spent way more money than that but I was testing it
Same thing happened to me and I am not accepting their offer of a 60% refund or their spiel of how they are at a significant loss. I should have known better because the prices were too good to be true. After 2 months of no delivery they offered to resend another order out that was supposed to be signed for. I told them the only thing that was delivered was some fake ring from CA and they said that was to make sure that my address was correct for safe package delivery. So I agreed to wait another 2 months. I emailed them to see where my order was and they had the nerve to tell me it was delivered and signed by the courier. I told them to refund me 100% or I will call my bank to reverse the charges for undelivered merchandise and report them to the Fraud Dept. Never tell your bank that you have been scammed or you are a victim of fraud because they will not reverse the charges. Always tell them you never received the product ordered and you have contacted the business for a refund. Save all your corresponding emails and proof of purchase in case your bank wants proof. I am so sick and tired of these foreign online scammers!
