I ordered and paid for warm long pants from funnyTrade. Co and instead of size Medium or English 12 I was sent two pair of extremely small pants that might fit an 8 year old child. I took it up with PayPal as wanted to return them and get a refund but offered me £7 and keep them. I don’t know what to dosupport@joy-trips.co.uk is from them when I placed the order.
The next email is saying it's arrived at the customs at USA on 26 th November
They advertised on face book and I ordered from there so haven't got a proper email address. The return address on the outer packaging is. Mr Ling. Hul in Road No 63. Gusu district. Suzhou. Suzhou 215007.
I know I won't get my money back so shall not be buying from China again. PayPal said if the company hasn't responded by 25 th December the claim will be closed. I haven't heard anything since. The same pants are on face book under field-mate..coo. And field-mate.co.uk. They must be the same co but different name. Welkinbird-uk are selling same pants. Soft clouds
