Same here in Georgia. I ordered the chairs and received a cheap scarf.
Always use a credit card and call your credit card and request a chargeback. Save the packaging showing the tracking number or at least save it with a photo. Show a pic of what you received and what you ordered. Do this quickly. Your bank will do a chargeback and return your money while they will pursue other avenues to retrieve disbursed funds. Never ever ever NEVER use a debit card to purchase anything online. Good Luck.
I ordered from Macys a while back. Never got my order. Today I got the ring. Reported to my son in law a cop , he said they will tell you that they sent this to you and it’s not worth their time to get it back so we will sell for to you for $50.00 then they take your card and you re toast. To be in the safe side I called the back and cancelled the card, reported the incident. I now have a worthless albeit pretty ADJUSTABLE ring.
