Purchased crab legs 5 days ago said I was going to get them in 3 days I paid 100.00 not returning my email I thought it was okay because it had the QVC logo I was wrong. I came across there website for Alaska king crab legs sale was purchasing for my mother birthday coming up the website says I would get it in 3 days. This was 7 days ago they sent me a tracking from a Chinese company that I never heard of when I tracked it says it is in china. I emailed company and got a response immediately asking for my order number to locate my order, I sent it immediately and they never responded back. I recently looked up QVC hot deal and it has multiple complaints about fraud I don’t know what to do now. What a terrible experience! All I can say is I hope that they are put in jail for stealing from innocent people. | Symptoms: Other
