My elderly mom also received these. It a definite scam as the Jimmy Choo is spelled wrong “Chou” I believe they want you to email them as that’s the only contact available, once you make contact by email they will then as to credit your Visa card but they will need your Visa card number in order to credit the correct card… that’s were they get you once you give them the card number they will then charge card.
