I am an 80yr old pensioner and not received my order of an S-shaped planter you have taken my money from the account money I can't really afford on my pension. I would like a refund or better still the item that I ordered thankyou please reply to this txt. If you look I have told my story and I don't want to be ripped off at my age it's bad enough to pay bills and buy groceries with out people taking my money and not getting anything so please do something about this THANKYOU .
