I received a order for three solar powered snow melting devices. They are made of black plastic and do nothing. I tried to contact the sender about a refund with no results. I sent them back and expect a full refund. I received a package I did order, but want to return, as they do not melt snow as described in the listing. Black plastic is suppose to spin when the sun is shining and melt the snow off my car.
This is a scam..
