I order a heeling nest through facebook and instead of that was sent a scraft so they took money and ran going to report this to the card it was put on this is a scam and order it from company sprintlg store beware
this happen 4 weeks ago when order got this little package thursday 2/9/2023 did not order scraf the Irresistibly comf. hugh warm heely nest is about 5feet long nothing very upset

response from service @risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support @lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.
