I ordered planter boxes and didn't get them. It was posted delivered but were not. They sent me two sets of Garden Gloves which I didn't order. There needs to be away to stop them. I have been in contact with them but with not much response. there email address support@hctt.com. Please get the word out there. Can't get picture to download

Had the same thing happen to me. I have been waiting for those boxes. Damn.
I take care of an elderly couple who ordered garden boxes, paid for them, then received garden gloves instead. They said it was a "mistake". Absolute lying scammers. They want the couple to send the gloves back *at their own expense* before giving a refund. Sick people exploiting unaware and disabled elderly people!!!! And no recourse! Infuriating.
