70 Gibson Drive, Markham, L3R 4C2 Ontario, Canada
Ecoflow store from Amazon asked me to email them off the Amazon platform. Support@ecoflow sent me a pre paid shipping label to return the defective item to 70 Gibson dr unit 7 markham. Now they are claiming repairs are done but require very sensitive banking information to release my item and ship it back to me. No mention of payment was asked for before sending the unit, in fact stated it was waived due to an error on their end. Now stating I have to pay $1 to have it released and shipped back but they want very sensitive banking information. Address is associated with years of fraud.
