I placed an order on 4-7-23 and still have not received it, I have been lied to in several emails. I was told it would be delivered by the post office after paying a $2.00 postage fee even though I was told the shipping was free. I went to the post office to pay the fee and pick up the package but the post office had no package for me. The total amount of the order was paid by my credit card. I am very disappointed that people take advantage of others.05/12 Update: The website address was tcizo@lix,com but the pop up ad was JCPenney and my JC Penney credit card was charged. I went to JC Penney yesterday and was given a phone # to call about a refund and also to cancel the credit card which I plan to do today.
