Ordered on March 2 and have been emailing to get an update and get bogus replies. The tracking shows in transit and most of the info is is Chinese. They finally replied when I threatened to report to BBB saying it takes 20-25 days and o arrive. No it’s bee 30 days and no item yet.
Is there another agency investigating this aside from BBB?
