I order something from Facebook, or perhaps it's Instagram. I wait forever and keep getting these emails from service@24hservice.vip. They include tracking numbers which do not work. There is never a company name or instructions when it does arrive
I provided the details in "I am reporting:"
Items I order come months later and never with a description or instructions or how to send it back. There is no company name. When I googled this it said Amazon Fulfillment Center. Does Amazon run this? How can I contact them?
