I received a parcel today from Lucia; an item made in China..It was a red shopping bag on wheels..with NO DIRECTIONS; Only 2 wheels instead of 4; and a broken zipper. I am coming after you once I determine if I even ordered this item through LTD commodities..and I want a return label and full refund ASAP.Sitting at my desk in my home at the above address. I will be 82 in January and tired of this CRAP!!!
