I ordered an item from Joann discount.shop. The item never arrived although the tracking number said it did. What recourse do I have? I realize now that it was a scam, but I continue to see this site advertising on Pinterest. Why would Pinterest allow this site to continue scamming people? And why doesn’t the legitimate Joann Fabric company step up and warn potential customers?I ordered a product that cost 21.00 plus $7.95 shipping. The sender said the item arrived yesterday, after 26 days in transit from China. It did not arrive. The company that billed me is ACQRA*goolkns Mongkot. How can I get my money back. I charged it to
