Ordered 2 wheelchairs on Facebook May 23, a small package of a headscarf sent to wrong address but finally tracked down. Company based in China says they will refund in $ less shipping costs- I have requested £ and only pay the $5 shipping for headscarf- ongoingupdate 08/10: Initial package was delivered to wrong address, once located(2 weeks after delivery) it was an unrelated item worth allegedly £5.Inital order were battery powered wheelchairs. Was in regular discussion with Mia at Butt Orla who offered replacements on 8/8/23 but have heard nothing since despite several emails requesting delivery date and then refund.
