advertised on Facebook, this shop is a scam....although...I ordered garden troughs and ended up with two pieces of ribbon sent from Unit 4 Lichfield Road Business Park, Aston, Birmingham B6 5SN. I complained to support@billbo.shop and initially they said it was nothing to do with them and that the shippers had let them down, etc etc and I should contact the shippers. I told them that my contract was with them and not the shippers. 18 emails later and with my last email threatening to report them to the "fraud department"....I got a refund!!! It was for £40 so not a fortune and I'd resigned myself to the fact that I'd been scammed and lost the money, then it because a matter of principle and I wasn't gong to give in. If the deadline that I gave them had passed, I don't really know what I would have done next. This morning, in my bank account was the refund. I guess it's worth being like a dog with a bone sometimes.Im in Plymouth, UK
