I ordered clothing in December.in February I received a cheap, adjustable ring "to confirm" my mailing address. Company agreed to resend clothing order. I received notice two days ago that said package had been delivered to my mailbox. Needless to say, it has NOT!

update 05/15: I ordered clothing from Belky MONTHS ago. I got a cheap, adjustable ring, they said to insure the address. I have VOLUMES of rails with excuses as to why I haven't received a refund. Their latest is MY bank account is faulty.
