No. It's a scam. Conta t your credit card co. And check on that Belk charge. Dispute the charge and cancel your card and ask for a new card with a different number.

Seem there should be some kind of class action to file against these people. Just think of all the money they are receiving from fraud!

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is reporting on its outage map that 2,390 customers in East Hollywood are without power this morning. The number of impacted customers has grown by about 100 after the outage was initially reported around 9 a.m. The utility reported... See More around 10 a.m. that crews were on site working on restoring electricity. DWP estimates the power was restored about 11 a.m. The cause of the power outage is not known.
