I ordered some things on this FB website on June 14, 2023. The money was taken out of my bank account on the same day for $36.89. I never received a receipt or anything saying my order would be shipped. About 4 weeks later I received a very stupid looking scarf from someone in my state which the package says SUZI-LICHOU. No explanation and no idea who or why I received it.
I sent an e-mail and a text to the person on the shipping label, but received no comment back. I have been scammed and very angry. What can I do?

I ordered from this company too. Have not received my order, and cannot contact them 😠 Took £33.16.
