Scam Alert: apresundaymall.com, Cumbria, UK

I ordered from apresundaymall.com on 3rd of March 2023. They said my product had been delivered, but didn't say where to or who had signed for it. There has been no tracking number. They have taken £33 out of my account but not delivered goods. it is over a month since I ordered, think it's safe to say I have been scammed.
