I ordered luggage & NEVER RECEIVED IT! I contacted customer service & received an email advising it was shipped, but no tracking info yet.. It asked me to be patient. It's been over 30days. I have no more patience in me!,😡 SCAM!

It's probably the same company I ordered my luggage from. I don't know how to get in touch with them. The advertising of the luggage had the QVC logo and the people in the advertisement were people I have seen on QVC before.
