I ordered a 6-month product, after 1 month it didn't work at all. I returned the remaining five bottles unopened. The full purchase was to be refunded. This was a month and a half ago. They have refunded $0! I paid my own shipping and handling to return the items which was $15. They are a scam and should be thrown under the bus. Kelly Clarkson should be ashamed of herself! I want My refund now.
