Scam Alert, ACQRA Topmallsales / QVC

I ordered a battery-operated snow shovel on November 15, have yet to receive. My credit card was charged 46.75 There is no order number on the invoice that I printed. My credit card shows ACQRA topmallsales, no phone number. This add was on Facebook. I am in Columbus< Ohio

Same here! I THOUGHT I was ordering something that QVC was advertising. I just looked on my receipt and it DID provide a tracking number for the order. Nothing on the log. I requested to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Time will tell if they process it!

Me too. On January 15, 2024 I ordered 2 treadmills that QVC was advertising. I was billed on credit card for $76.99. It was billed to ACQRA *Individualtionh NT. There is no phone number. I never received them. How do I get my money back?
