I ordered a Bose Wave Radio for $39 plus shipping from what I thought was QVC. Now a month later I have not received it. My credit card says it was purchased from Topmail Sales HKHK. I'm beginning to think I've been scammed........

call your bank and dispute the charge. I did. and filed a claim. My bank returned me my money and are disputing the charges with this topmallsales Hong Kong place.
Me too! I ordered this last November 13 but haven’t the merchandise yet! I paid $51.95 for two! This is supposed to be my Christmas presents for my family! I think I have been scammed!
Me too. I ordered a Treadmill on 11-10-2023 from them thinking it was coming from QVC. I received an email from "beceipt" stating that my order was shipped on 11-14-2023. Today is Decembeer 11, 2023 and I still have not received anything.

Me too. Ordered two snow shovels on 11/22. Got tracking number and received the update that order was delivered on 12/20… but I never got the shovels! Definitely a scam! Will call credit card company to dispute the transaction... from acqra topmallsales hk hk :-(
