Order payment debited from my card but never received my package & tracking status says delivered. I've sent email after email with no response

Same thing happened to me I ordered stuff took 31 days for them to claimant was delivered bogus tracking site emailed them back and forth they couldn't even tell me who was delivering it total scam! The company originally says the products were coming from Massachusetts and they'd be delivered UPS FedEx or DHL that was a total lie. Canceled my card and got a new one so these people couldn't scam me again
