Stupidly ordered an item from this company before reading reports. Lesson learned. Purchased a big fuzzy dog bed. Received 5 pairs of socks. They acknowledged it was in error and would reship correct product. Then it wasn’t in stock and couldn’t give me a timeframe. Many emails back and forth. Said they’d give me a 15% refund and I could keep the incorrect product. Told them no. Full refund. More emails back and forth. They want me to pay to return socks to get full refund. Told them to send me a self addressed stamped package to return. Not paying for their error.Likely China

Hi, my partner had exactly the same situation with this company, she ordered a dog bed ,they sent a pair of socks,offered 15% refund for waiting as bed not in stock, ignoring a request for a refund in the first place,,this has been going on for months,this is a , SCAM , stay away worn others.
I ordered a dog bed also, but I didn't even get socks!! Reporting to my credit card company!!
I ordered 2 dog beds received nothing but they took money from my credit card
