Ordered Nativity scene items. Excuse after excuse, then received children's socks. Claimed they had delivered item ordered until I sent them photos of postage with tracking number and socks. I demanded a refund, more excuses then said they would refund 30% because I had received an item. They tried to negotiate refund amount up to 60% max and tried to have me return item at MY expense!
