Contact your bank or card you bought this from. They should be able to help you as this is a huge scam thays going around
I keep getting rings from global gemological research academy but did not order, Same as others keep getting rings but can’t find where my credit cards were charged but so difficult as credit card statements no longer have phone numbers if even where it was ordered from... See More if paid by PayPal, Googled the company the contact info is only email and it doesn’t work goggled address and it is some poor automobile repair shop The address on their website for gemological research is also a fraud

My husband received the same exact ring in usps first class packaging. Only from a different address (Tevin James, 8955 Duarte RD., San Gabriel, CA 91775). We will send it back. Keeping an eye on any credit card charges we did not make!
