Customers lost power this morning in the area of College Avenue and Camino Primavera to Fairfax Road and Edison Highway in Bakersfield. According to PG&E's outage map, 3,597 customers were affected by the outage as of 6:45 p.m. Thursday. Power has been restored to the area.
