I did receive a neck massager that I ordered but it's a piece of crap and I'd like to return it but can't figure out how. It's from Heathers Mottys at 6 Princess Road in Trenton New Jersey. No packing list or any information inside the package. And apparently I never received a notice that I did order it even though I did and I can't figure out where the charges on my credit card because nothing matches up and I did not use PayPal because I've had issues with that before upon trying to return an item. So how do I get this returned and get my money back?
