I ordered from Jane also . The same address as the ones stated no info to send back and the Item is horrible, I saw this Item as in an add which stated it would help your back ! The item is a curved heavy can not say what material it is made from but it feels like a rock and certainly would hurt your back . No info to send back! Could they be using my credit info sent to purchase this item?
