I ordered an item from Hatsigns. The wrong item was shipped but it came from Adelaide 3646 S Wolcott Chicago IL. The item I ordered was a fingertip glucose meter. What I received was a Pulse Fingertip Oximeter. I have been unable to contact either company. I either want the item I ordered, or a refund. Can you help me?
