I received a scarf today that i did NOT order. I ordered a planter a few weeks ago and the tracking number leads to this. So yes apparently this is a scam from the same return address 2646 Rainier Ave, Seattle WA. The only thing we can do is report to credit card company so they will stop the transaction. THESE SCAMMERS NEED TO BE STOPPED.
