Incorrect Item Received, 2646 Rainier Ave S, Seattle, Washington, USAI had ordered a garden kit 8x12 and received ear muffs. I have tried to contact them. Reporting it to my bank.

I also ordered garden gifts and received ear muffs. I'm in SC. I can't remember who I ordered a set of 2 garden kits from. However, I've reviewed my paypal account as well as my Visa statements for all of 2022 and 2023 and don't see were they charged me yet. I just received my worthless black ear muffs today. Have you been charged for your garden kit purchase and do you remember the name? I just remember I found them on FB.
