I received a package from 24006 E 19th Ave, Aurora, CO 80019, USA. I think I ordered it but it doesn't work. I can't find a phone number for them, though it says this address is Amazon Fulfillment Center. I did not order this through Amazon, I think it may have been a Facebook ad.
How do I return it and get a refund?
