Ordered a mobility scooter, they charged my credit card, had to wait 4 weeks because it was coming from China. Received a cheap, floppy hat instead.I'm in Dingmans Ferry

Yes, I ordered a mobility scooter as well and got wooden chop sticks and spoon. The company was suppose to be based in China, but the package came from CA and I'm wondering if it's the same company.
