April 12th I ordered a wood standing planter from a Facebook ad. About 2 weeks later i received a cheap 3 in 1 charging cable from Paulette Douglas, 1001 Doubleday Ave, Ontario, Ca instead of the wood standing planter. The planter & shipping cost was $42.98, the charging cable is probably from the Dollar Store. I emailed the customer service and was told I could receive a refund after I send back what I received. The return address is China...the postal charge for the package would be $46.00. The other option I was given was to keep the charger and they would refund 40% of my original purchase price....it's a loose, loose situation. How can we arrest this person | Symptoms: Other
