I was supposed to recieve a plasma lighter and not a butane type of lighter that i can buy anywhere!!

i ordered a plasma lighter but instead recieved regular type of lighter that you can fill with butane and you buy anywhere!! I want my Money refunded and i will return the lighter they sent me!!!!
